Hello, I am looking to promote a site on pay per click advertising networks, but with the lowest costs possible and preferably with the option of topping up via paypal. I have signed up for Adster and Adbrite, Adbrite has become a problem as I don't have a credit card, and therefore can't top up, and Adster currently have my campaigns pending (well, for the last 3 days) for no apparent reason. can anyone suggest any others in the meantime? Not really interested in CPM campaigns - quality clicks are more important. Thanks LFG
