best popup networks yet (2016)

1 - popads.net - excellent coverage, good CPM. $5 cash out threshold. payments on daily basis. no fees, no trouble.
2 - popcash.net - good CPM but bad coverage. not good for big websites. because the more popups you show, the lower your CPM goes.
3 - infolinks (inscreen ads) - good, but they accept not every site.
4 - revenuehits.com - ridiculous pay rate, but still better than nothing.
5 - propellerads.com are "parasitic ads" - not good for a clean website and also a laughable cpm.
6 - infinityads.com also trashy, spammy ads but they pay without any problems. coverage is great.
7 - adcash.com is probably also good, but i didn't tried them yet.

For now I'm with poptm.com.
CPM is excellent, arount 0.6 for Balkan traffic, but there is only 1 pop per hour. I'm trying with them to increase the frequency.
Haven't tried infinityads.com, but will try them if something go wrong with poptm...

 

I have found a new network, they contacted me, and they are pretty selective with their clients.
Currently CPM is higher than 1$ for worldwide traffic, I'll see how it goes in the next couple days. If anybody wants to try them, send me a message and I can give you their contact.

Could you please specify what do you mean under "parasitic ads"?
We serve almost 400 mln impressions of popunders per day and still growing. Not bad for network with "laughable cpm"

 

Stay away from adforati.com, they stopped reply me after I make a withdrawal.
Again, I'm looking for good network...

 

Have you tried Gunggo? I'm not sure how they'll perform for you since your traffic is mostly from SE-Europe, but for international traffic, they have a really good number of campaigns and cpm is reasonable.

Do not work with gunggo. they are scammer. they didnt pay me.
