Looking for pop-under with a delay function

Hello, I have a very high volume traffic site looking for pops and I wanted to know if anyone know any pop networks that has a delay option for there pop code. For example, the user visits the site the pop waits for around 10-15 secs then pops or 2-3 page views then pops are there any networks out there like that?

 

I use Admaven and they give you any configuration you want for the pops, after checking the website they configured it so I will make the most profit.

 

I didn't ask for a horrible generic ad network I said a network with a delay function in their code.

it's nothing special almost all networks should be able to set it even if it's not in the publisher settings. choose the network you wanna work with contact them and tell what configuration you want
