Looking for plugin to get data through a form and display data from a database. Any ideas? I also need a plugin to take email addresses from a database and email the emails with a standard email including database values. Could someone tell me of a plugin that will do this? Thanks.
Take a look at http://www.gravityforms.com/. It looks like it is for just contact forms, but really you can completely customize it for anything, plus they are very simple to use. It is a WP plugin, so it's very easy to install. However it does cost a couple bucks. However it is still cheaper than paying someone to custom create the form for you.
