Looking for PHPMailer installation, plus script mod

    I need someone to install the phpmailer script on my VPS server ASAP. Along with installation, the script needs to have the added feature of rotating different email addresses after 20 emails have been sent from each address.

    So again, an email address will send out 20 emails and then the system automatically rotates to another email on my list (either CSV or text file)
