I'm looking to hire a phpBB theme designer to create a new skin for a gambling and casino themed forum. We have a site or two in mind in terms of the direction we would like to go, which will be provided to those who are genuinely interested in this work. I need somebody with a strong portfolio and who knows how to design a theme for phpBB. I know that vB is preferred, but there is a very legitimate reason as to why we are using the former platform instead. The successful candidate will be a talented designer, have good communication skills and be able to work to deadlines. I need somebody reliable and hard working, who will be able to see this project through to the finish. Pay is negotiable, though bear in mind that the sum agreed will reflect your work and portfolio.
