    What do you want done, by when, budget, css?, tables?, valid?, etc...

    What I want done is for that screenshot (psd) to be coded into phpbb.
    I think the coder should know the rest with the css, tables and valid coding.

    I asked for the coder's rates so I don't need to give out a budget.
