Looking for PHP/Security Programmer

    Project is very simple overall, but the security and access to files need to be restricted to subscribers only.

    Need to know PHP and good grasp of username and password systems. All pages and forms are already built, just need someone to access what is left to be done and complete work. Most of programming is already complete as well.
