[looking for] PHP Programmers

    Hi, Im looking for a PHP Programmer to help me with a project that im working on. I prefer that your located within Ontario. But the main thing that im looking for is affordable good quality. This could be both long and short term, depending on your work and prices. Im not looking for people that charge per hour, I need someone who charges per project(these are only small modifications to a existing script). PM me with your info and works done in the past.
