Looking for PHP programmer to work on web site

    I am looking for a PHP programmer with knowledge of Web 2.0 and familiarity with social websites to help code and design a website.

    I can send you examples and I have most of my site layout done (i.e. what I want it to look like and how I want it to flow).

    My budget is between $100-300.

    If you need a project to put in your portfolio, this is it.
