Looking for PHP programmer to edit my existing website script

I'm looking for PHP script editor (Human not a software) .
I need the following to be done:

1.) I need separate login/signup's for both webmasters as well as programmers
2.) Someone who wanna be a gold member have to pay $10 to my website but i can see some users are becoming gold member without paying.. I need it to be corrected.
3.) My admin is not working need to fix it as well.
4.) I want its colour to be a bit darker and the width of home should be same as rest of the pages (so that i can be fit to a 17" inch monitor screen).

So much of other workbut for now quote me your price for above three. I will chose the lowest and will pay after completion of work.

There is about 80% chance of programmer to be hired permanently

Honestly, what you're asking is ridiculous. Either pay an acceptable amount of money or you'll have to go without - nobody is going to work for that low.
