Buying Looking For PHP Programmer/MYSQL Expert preferrably in INDIA!

Hello,
I need programmers for my web services company which comprises of web-designing, coding, promotion and hosting and will launch sometime soon.

Who Are we looking for?
Someone who will work with us as a freelance programmer.

Do you qualify?
- You must be able to make custom php scripts/edit codes/tweak mysql db's and so on.
- asp, java,deioncubing Or Zend is a plus point but not compulsory.
- You should be able to make simple scripts like YoutubeToMP3, Client Area, Contact Forms.
- You must have at least 6Months of work experience.
- You must have had at least 5Past custom work expereince, with screenshots or demo.


Note:-
We mainly stress on social network creation, eCommerce sites, Hosting sites, Landing pages and we get requests from clients for custom php work. You will be contacted whenever we receive such projects and our work load is high.
We are mainly looking for indians, But others may give it a try.

We received quite many php and mysql experts, however we are now also looking for Custom Coders, i.e ones with custom script codings. Apply Only IF you have made custom scripts for some site with example.
