Buying Looking for PHP/MYSQL Programmer *

    We're looking to have a site fully created that will act as a Ticket Broker site.

    Mainly looking for a site that is similar to Ticketmaster, StubHub, and mainly StudentGameday.com

    Site needs does not need to be very sophisticated as not many events will be posted. The following would need to be in the site:

    The core of the site must include:

    1) Admin backend with ability to edit, delete, and add events.
    2) Allow users to post tickets for sale to events.
    3) A way to prevent fraud among users. For example, the method used in StudentGameday.:

    "The buyers is issued a confirmation ticket that contains both the buyer and seller contact info and a complete 10 character code. The sellers' also gets a confirmation ticket that contains both the buyer and seller contact info and a randomly generated 5 character section of the 10 character code provided to the buyer. At the time of the exchange, the buyer gives the seller the confirmation ticket in exchange for the purchased ticket."

    4) Use PayPal as a payment getaway and charge a commission to buyer/seller when tickets are sold.
    5) Basic contact us form for support requests.
    6) A login/registration system that will simply store users details (name, address, etc).

    A few more details may be added here and there but that is mainly it. We need this done soon and fast.
