Looking for PHP/MySQL programmer for a lyrics site.

    I need a PHP/Mysql Developper for a simple lyrics site. aka lyrics.com, metrolyrics.com

    - The frontend is simple & google's like with a Browsable A-Z and a search box that people can search by title, author or artist.

    - The backend allow admin/users to add lyrics. When users add lyrics, it'll sit in a pending queue for admin to approve before going live. With duplicate lyrics detector. Ability to flag on/off a certain lyrics.

    - Some scripts (perl, ruby) to do site scrapping & add lyrics to the DB.

    - Must be SEO friendly. Configurable.

    Programmer must be familiar with windows, so you can port it to run as a standalone apps under windows later on. Let users access/manage their lyrics DB without needing to access the Internet.

    Also, I'd like to port it to Joomla as an extension once done.

    The lyrics are in Eastern asian, latin base language. Familiarity working with UTF-8 encoding/stripping a plus.
