    Hey Guys,

    I want to design and develop a personal information PHP form that contains photograph and approx 10-15 personal info fields like name, address etc...[as per my requirements] and one 10digit(Chr+Num) auto unique id generation field which saves all details in to MySQL database and mail a copy to email id, also a PHP page which can display all the information by 10digit id search...
