Looking for PHP lead generation Script

Hi,

I'm looking for a script that generates leads. Essentially what it should do is ask you to fill out a form before accessing resources on a website, then redirect if the form validates.

I'm looking for somethign open source so I can pull some code from it and customize for my site.

Anyone know of any?

I don't think you can find that in open source form, but it is not too hard to code it yourself

 

Thanks, I was just trying to save some time by starting with something already coded.
