Looking for PHP/email coder to sort out PHPMailer problem

    Am using PHPMailer to send forum activation emails, but emails are no longer reaching recipients with hotmail accounts. Need somebody to advise on email headers, config etc to ensure emails get through. Should be a small job for somebody who knows what they're on about. Can pay via Paypal.
