Hi, I am looking for a PHP programmer who can make me a video sharing/user based music website. An example would be http://www.datpiff.com/ even though it is only slightly similar to what I want. The niche of the website is based around a cypher in a local city of mine. A cypher is a group of individual non-professional rappers uploading their content to a local site that can be viewed anywhere. I will be taking videos/recordings of rappers around the local city and uploading to the website and in the future I will allow those songs to be downloaded for a fee. I also need a comment based review system to give the rappers feedback. It's pretty much a video/music sharing website with custom/user uploaded content with a comment based review system. Here are some blueprints for what I'm looking for: I am not sure what the price for this project would be however I am open to any offers at the moment.
