Looking for PHP coder

I am looking for a php coder that would be willing to give a little time to help out with a big project I am working with, it is up there with the myspaces and facebooks of the internet world.

There would be big perks if you could help out with the project, once it is completed you would benefit exponentially.

i don't know about other people, but i don't too much like the idea that i work my little heart out on your application without getting payed only for it to go belly up in the end. all that time wasted that could have been spent actually earning a living on other projects. if you offer to pay someone, i am sure that you will get more results. no one that i know is going to "risk" all of that precious time and hope that it doesn't go belly up so that they end up getting what they deserve. just how i see it.
