Looking for Photoshop experts to create tutorials, upto$50 per tut

As the title says, I am looking for photoshop tutorials for my client. The tutorials should be top level and unique. No basic tutorial or easy one. The tutorials should consists of step by step guide and and image in each step. The tutorial should also contain the psd file.

paying: $15-$50 per tutorial.
