Looking for photo upload and rating CMS

    Hi,

    Looking for a CMS where people can easily upload photos and then have people comment and rate the photos. Ideally, each photo would have its own page (showing ratings and comments) that people could link to. It would also be able to output lists of Top Rated/Most Rated/New Photos etc.

    Ideally it would also be open-source.

    Gallery2 is open source and has a rating and comment feature. If you have Fantastico, it's very easy to install as well.
