Looking for people with interest in Web 2.0 and passion to write.

    Greetings,

After looking through about 50 forum posting services, I decided they were not what I am looking for. 15-word low quality responses (often copied from elsewhere) is not good enough. In fact, it is horrendous service if you ask me... So unfortunately, the associated tasks of selection and quality control lies on my shoulders personally.

    DOWN TO BUSINESS.

My forum is about Web 2.0 revolution (http://www.web20discussion.com). As those who will be invited to contribute know, the forum is dedicated to the new era of Web in which websites/services are classified as user-centric (as opposed to publisher-centric). For example, NYTimes.com is Web 1.0, while YouTube.com is Web 2.0. In this new version of Web, users create content and dictate the future of sites.

The goal of my community (first to cover Web 2.0) is to build a strong foundation for long-term fruitful discussion that is appealing not only to young people (most of whom are users), but for developers, as well as Web 2.0 business owners and small/big investors.

If you are NOT seriously interested by the subject, trust me - it will show. I am looking for people who love to communicate and discuss this particular niche by providing in-depth argumentation, stats, insider rumors and facts, and support intelligent conversations with their own perspectives. So I am only interested in those individuals who share the same passion for Web 2.0 culture and who stays in touch with it on a daily basis. Fluent English and perfect spelling is a must.

I intend to grow big enough - to the point where the forum becomes a premium destination people visit to participate, check the latest industry news, trends, reviews; research new companies; share inside information; post employment opportunities in Web 2.0 companies or get hired. I would like Web 2.0 Discussion to be the meeting place for everyone who is in one way or another relates himself/herself to the industry.

QUALITY OF MATERIAL POSTED IS A PRIORITY.
IT SETS THE MOOD FOR SUCCESS AND PARTICIPATION.

    PAY

I checked many forum posting services and have a rough idea of what writers get paid for per post. But since I am not looking for poor service, the pay will be above competitive. I do not have a definite number yet, but it'll come eventually. :)

At this moment I am just collecting the applications. This offer is for freelance writers / individuals only. This offer is NOT extended to firms providing forum posting services.

Please send me some information about yourself (by PM), or speak about it publicly below. Tell me how and why you are interested in the subject, and how you keep yourself up to date with it.

    Thank you.
