Looking for people to clean up html in articles

I have several HUGE databases of articles that I need cleaned up (html code that is)

there is no other code in the files than the article itself (no head or that stuff) I need them checked and fixed for html code problems and to enhance the SEO. Here's a quick overview of the service I need:

    1. xhmtl complient code (IE: all tags are opened and closed properly and properly nested)

    2. All bold tags switched to strong tags

    3. all italic tags switched to em tags

    4. Removal of STUPID code (like font tags, tables extra div tags etc etc)

    5. removal of special chars (like \t \n)

Basically it has to be clean code once its done!

I have about 100,000 articles to do ... most are only 10-20 lines each and not all of them need fixing. A lot of it can be done with find and replace in an editor... they are saved as .php files even though there is no php in them. Because they are php files the color coding in you favorite editor will work fine.

I can break them down into groups so multiple people can work on them too!

I need quotes on this, payment will be via Paypal once fixed files are received and reviewed.... I know I'm fairly new here but my rep at SP is without question!

PM me or post quotes here and remember the files HAVE to be right!

Not easy, or at least a very loooong job.

If you can provide full specs of what you want cleaned up, i maybe interested.

    Example:

    4. Removal of STUPID code (like font tags, tables extra div tags etc etc)

can you please indicate those etc etc...
