Looking for PayPerLead offers

Hy there, until few months ago i was using eToro's PayPerLeaad program, but now the offer is stoped.
I'm looking for similar PayPer FREE Lead offers as eToro was, not necesary to be a forex offer but must be an online money making offer. The most important is that must be a free offer, that means that people sing up for free and i receive my money (as ws at eToro).

NeverBlue, Copeac, MarketLeverage, HydraNetwork, and CPAStorm are the ones I use.

 

I'm signed up at MarketLeverage and realy there are some great offers but the best programs are not for Romanian traffic. And most off my visitors are from Romania.

Romanian Traffic is going to be a tough one. No idea, because a lot of the networks work with only US, Canada, and UK.

 

That's my problem The eToro was great. There was suport for international traffic.
