Looking for payment processor...

    I am looking for a particular payment processor, I just can not remember their name.
    maybe you guys will know, here are some tips.

    It works with paypal to process payment.

    It is only $5 per month.

    You can add your files, and user clicks on
    the link for paypal checkout.

    It is NOT paypal, but a processor...

    someone help me remember...
