    Hi,
I want to accept credit cards in my website, so I'm looking for a good payment processor for that.
I'm using Plimus, but the problem it doesn't accept API, so I need one accepting API.

    What do you suggest?

    Thanks

Why don't you try Paypal for that? Your customer can pay you via pay pal as well as credit card.

PayPal sometimes doesn't accept customer's card, customer sometimes gets error message says: "You cannot complete this action on the card you have selected. Please select another card".
You need to open an account and link the card to avoid this issue.

I use Paypal Pro and it acts as a regular card processor and is invisible to the user. It's not a real bank but doesn't require the sorts of approvals that a bank usually does.

I've used PayPal owned by the empire eBay for over 10 years. Seen a few horror stories posted but have had great relationship myself. Lots of choices out there. I like PayPal. Pay some fees but its worth it to me. My money is secure. Make sure to verify your account who ever you decide to use.

I also used the PayPal for the money transaction. Another thing is that you can spend to buy and sell at auction a lot or have a website, you have to sell to folks around the world, sending and receiving payment from overseas can be a nightmare. PayPal is the comfort and flexible to use for the money transaction at any time & any place.

Alertpay doesn't seem to have a good reputation. A friend of mine had his account deleted and funds kept. I would suggest a Paypal Premium or Business account because a Personal account won't be able to accept credit card payments.

2Checkout is good but it's expensive, for me the best alternative is AlertPay. Its fast and cheap.
