After a year of development our little company has reached a point where it's time to take the next step. We are looking for someone that would be intererested in taking the next step with us but don't really know where to start. The most important thing is experience...we need someone that has a good amount of experience running a website. We would also prefer that the person live nearby...which means Southern California. I know that's asking a lot so it's not a requirement...just a preference (should live in the US though).
