Hey, I already have a dedicated server, but I wish to buy a new one with better specs. Well, at the moment, the dedicated server I am on at the moment isn't very reliable but I wish to order a new one that is a lot more reliable. I have found a dedicated server from http://www.layeredtech.com/dedicated-servers/specials.php for $59/month and with cPanel/Fantastico it's going to cost $84/month. The problem is I am only able to pay $30 per month towards the server, so another $54/month will need to be payed off (by partner), until my hosting company breaks even, we will have to both pay towards the dedicated server. Also, if we manage to break even and we get enough customers to pay entirely for the server, any profit we make we will split it 50/50. You will also be able to use a decent amount of the server for yourself until we manage to break even with customers. Why would I want to pay 54$, you pay 30$, and we share 50/50 ? Not right. Why dont you get a reseller account, or a VPS for 30$. You will have more then enough ressources.

Try dediwebhost. Get a VPS or reseller as you can get lots of in that price. You can even get dedis in $50 budget.
