    there was someone who pm me asking to partner with me but i m in US and i have my own account so talk with him he has account ans ssn but may be he might partner up with you to make some more cash...

    wait...let me see if I understand this correctly...you live in the US, can't get an account, and are looking for someone outside the US? You realize people outside the US cannot get a YPN account right? Then again, with only 1 post you might not realize this....

    no he was asking if there are someone from out side of US who has account accidentally and looking for some US citizen then he is ready to partner up with him

    be wary of giving out your SSN/EIN as once people have this and your address there isn't much they couldnt do.

    ein's are a matter of public record. ssn's however are your personal identifier. anyone freely giving this information out to a stranger on the net is short of a few screws and deserves the pain in the butt that will surely follow.
