Hello, I would like to start a new site that would be in the field of seo/link building. I have an idea that would need to be custom coded through php/mysql/xml. I am not very good with the coding part of this project. I will be responsible for the idea behind the whole project and getting the main website designed and coded; however, your job is to code the actual script that will be required for this project.
