I am currently in the process of building a Unix / Linux community on an existing PR4 domain I managed to acquire. It has a history of similar content (although primarily UNIX focused), but it has never been operated as a forum. I procured a vBulletin license, and the board is now up an running in a very preliminary state at www.unixtrix.com. This is my first foray into vBulletin, and I am looking for a handful of solid partners who have a passion for UNIX and / or Linux, have some practical forum admin / mod experience, and are willing to invest time in the beginning with a commitment from me to share in the revenue as the site matures. % of partnership / revenue share will be in line with the level of commitment and involvement in growing the site.

While I have not set a marketing or operating budget as of yet, I do intend to commit my finances the effort.

And, lastly, while I am by no means a trained legal professional, I will gladly formalize any of the details on the revenue share with the right individual(s).

If you are interested, please pop on over to the forum at http://www.unixtrix.com/showthread.php?t=4 and register your interest. Someone will reach out to you to follow-up as soon as they see your post.

Thanks, and please feel free to PM me with requests for any additional details I may have omitted.

    -Brian

Just a polite bump to let any interested parties know that this opportunity still exists. I haven't had much time to work on the forum with seemingly ever-increasing demands from work and home, but my commitment remains intact. Anyone with an interest in UNIX and / or Linux, and who would like to partner as a mod or admin on a PR4 vBulletin forum, please PM or stop by the board and drop us a line.

    Thanks,

    -Brian
