    So I have the domain www.friendbuzz.com and I have a cool idea I want to develop. Problem is, I don't code. I'm a fantastic designer who currently runs OpenGig (launching soon).

    That being said I already have the idea for the site, just want a programmer to partner with me and code, brainstorm, etc. I will be doing all of the designing aspects of the site, and writing etc.

    Requirements
    Must know CSS/XHTML
    PHP, MYSQL
    Some javascript
    AJAX and RAILS is a plus, not required though
    Must live in the US
    Must have AIM or MSN
