Looking for Partner for Website!

I am not sure where to post this, but I am looking for someone who has experience running a forum and would be interested in becoming my business partner.

I currently run www.chronicforum.com, and I need someone with VB experience who can install mods, do SEO work, and help me get the site popular!

The partner would get 1/3 of the profit, is this fair?

So how would I go about finding someone to help me with this site?

No, it's not fair, you should offer half and half I think.

I will do most of the content creation, I can do alot in vb but not mods, I am also starting a shop I plan to intergrate into the forum, it's on a different site, but will be linked too.

50/50 would be the fairest option for anyone that might join you.

Nope that's not a fair deal, the "partner" can get a better value by starting someone of his own with the same amount of work.
