Hi folks, It's been a long time I want to open a Football ( soccer ) forum and I finally decided to do it now. Well, I can't do it alone so I need a partner. I need a partner from USA or Europe . I have great hosting and I also got the perfect domain: e-footie.com What I'm looking for my partner is that he owns a vBulletin license. So we can be equal in the things we've spent in opening the forum. This is a big project for me and I'll do the configuration and other stuff. We'll run contests and post a lot.
