Looking For Part Time Designer

Hello,

I own a small (just me) web design company in Canada. I'm looking to hire a graphic designer to help me with the creative process.

When I get a client contract, I'd like to present them with a least 2 options for their custom design. The person I would hire would be responsible for creating 1 of these designs. I would provide you with the business info, logo, marketing materials, colors, sample sites, and any other required information to complete the design. The design would be in .PSD and their wouldn't be any coding involved. 90% of the sites are professional small business brochure style sites.
