We can work out specifically what you need, and how I can help over private messaging. This is just a message detailing what I can do (but not limited to I am sure). Admin experience: Very high. I don't think there's anything I am not familiar with or can't do for vB. (installing, maintenance, styling, etc) Marketing/Generating Interest: I am very good at this. I understand marketing very well, and user interaction. I know how to spark moods and activity. I run with the philosophy of "interest-driven traffic". Graphics/Stlying/Modification: I can do modifications/graphically here and there. I am not a powerful graphic designer, but if there is a psd already available, I'm pretty versatile on modifying it to certain tastes. Revenue/Development/Brainstorming: I am familiar with most revenue generating sources (adsense, subscriptions, etc). I am very good at thinking, and therefore I can help take a project further with brainstorming and bouncing ideas back and fourth.
