Looking for Paid Directories With High PR sub-pages

I'm looking for paid directories that has high homepage PR and as well high PR sub-pages/categories.

Could you guys help me find a good list of such directories?

Since when did PR3 count as high PR? It's a scale of 0-10 and you suggest 3 as high? Come on...
