    Hey,

I am looking to sell my website, www.TheKingisBorn.com and before I pay to list it on sites like Flippa I would like to get feedback from everyone, how much do you think it's worth, the price I should sell it at? The site was launched October 1st, 2011 so it's coming up to being around a year old. Overall in total it made around $5,000 in the year through Commission Junction, Google Adsense, Adgitize, Private Ad Sales, etc all which can be documented well and at its high traffic got 17,000 Unique Visits and 22,000 total visits in one month. Overall the concept of the site is easy to continue to run and implement/profit off it's just finding articles and posting them on Wordpress very simple just I don't have the time since I am starting a new full-time job. Anyways what do you think I should look to sell the site at going off those numbers above?

The background is too aggressive, you should replace it by a color or pattern.

Why would you not want to keep it? The longer you have it the more it will go up in value. Wait for another year or so before you sell it. On top of this it has a desirable domain name.

If you search about there are brokers out there. You could always try selling it yourself but just set a reserve?

Because to continue to get value I would need to spend time on it which I won't have with my new job.

Awesome thanks, what basis do you usually go off when valuing a site or determining the price? Also what's the best way to go about selling it? Need help if you know any brokers or stuff that'd be great I'll pay a nice sales commission.
