Other than bandwidthd. If anyone knows of a good, free, robust tool please let me know. Looking for some good functionality. I am surprised there are not more tools at source forge.

When it comes to bw management you are probably going to have a heck of a time finding something useful and full featured that is 100% free.. That said I would suggest the following products in order of least expensive to most:

    StarOS Router (http://www.star-os.com)
    Mikrotik Router (http://www.mikrotik.com)
    ETinc BWMGR (http://www.etinc.com)

    Mikrotik is cheap, like $45
StarOS is around $25 now I think
ETinc is like $700 or so (for the license)

Anyway, these are all license prices. You build the box. I prefer ETinc BWMGR myself and have used it for years. It is BSD and Linux capable, and EXTREMELY powerful. I still cannot figure out why anyone bought a packeteer with the bwmgr around.. Anyway..

    good luck!

Ok, I was thinking you were looking for an actual bandwidth manager.. Duh.. Yeah, if you just want to graph/monitor bw, MRTG is the way to go.

The tools I mentioned previously will do way more than what you may be looking for.

Yea, MRTG looks great but I wish there were some screenshots on there. Bandwidthd just seems too clunky.
