Looking for one keyword SEO

    Might be able to do this for you, but you really haven't specified what the scope of the work is.
    You want your site optimized for this keyword. How many pages does your site have?
    If it's under 10, no problem. Otherwise we'll have to talk, depending on the site and pages themselves. I'm sure you can imagine the difference in the amount of work between optimizing 7 short pages, or 125 long pages.

    Ok. That's a slightly more complicated situation, because you're not talking about editing pages, meta tags, titles, etc.... You need to administer vBulletin, either change a pile of settings and make some modifications, or install some plugins. There's a few different ways to go about it, and a lot of different things that can be done. Have no idea where your site sits, what has been done to help SEO, and what hasn't.
    Could certainly give you a boost and a bunch of help and info for $50.
    Just don't know exactly what you're looking for, but it seems that perhaps you don't know exactly what you're looking for. You have a short and common keyphrase, so it will take a lot more than just a bit of SEO work if you plan to be #1 in google, but there's no reason why you can't build things up over time.

    http://whatisgoingonforums.com, I added the keyword three times in the welcome message and changed the link at the bottom to the keyword. No SEO except 1000 links in directories and less that five articles, free press releases
