    Forum posts should be spaced out over the course of the day, night or both.

    Hi, I have been on forums since 2007. Mainly webmaster, hosting and tech related forums. I have contributed a lot of articles on SEO and associated topics on various forums. It would be decent to say that I am good at helping people who run websites, mainly the administration part. I have decent knowledge about running forums ( having run a few of them myself ).
