I'm seeking an alternative to Paypal that is not in the United States. It would be ideal if the payment processor accepts credit cards as payments, allows transfers out to a bank account and is connected with pay-per-click advertising and affiliate network programs. Does anything like that exist?
Why don't you go for alertpay. Using alertpay you can accept credit card payment. Alertpay accepts PPC sites also.
Alertpay is a US registered corporation. I'm looking for companies that are based outside of North America. Preferably in Europe or South America.
Yes, I have specific reasons. None of which I intend to discuss in a public forum. Aside from merchant processors that have steep setup and transaction fees, and moneybrokers which has outrageous fees, are there any alternatives out there to using paypal that aren't affiliated with the US?
