Looking for offshore hosting

    the last two hosts i bought off this board the last week both went down :rolleyes:
    looking for reliable offshore host that has been around for more then a few weeks.

    needs to have 100gb+ bandwith
    -at least 1gb space
    -php, mysql ect
    -Ruby on wheels
    -allow linking to copywrited videos (and not take my site down becuase of dmca letter)
