    Looking for offshore hosting providers, suggest please

    I need some offshore hosting, shared for now.
    10GB to 20GB webspace is ok for now.
    1-2 add-on domains prefered.
    Server should not be in India.

    If host accepts paypal "without" subscription option, even better.
