    Hello,

I need offshore hosting for one website at a data center where DCMA threat letters are ignored. Additional Requirements:

    1. Must be able to host links to pirated videos & content.
    2. Must allow the hosting of .torrent files, not trackers, just torrent files.
    3. Must allow adult content.
    4. Server must have less than 250 accounts on it at all times, I will check! (Unless your server is an 8 core or better)
    5. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
    6. No Overselling.

    Needed:
    - 1+ GB Of Storage
    - 250 GB Of Bandwidth
    - Email (MUST BE WORKING AND NOT FLAGGED AS SPAM!!)

    Price: $1.00 - $9.95
The Best Offer Wins! All Requirements Must Be Met!

The ability to have private nameservers would be nice.

Well I would recommend you shift to the VPS search. I believe that shared web hosting account is not what you need

It's not like I'm going to use all of the bandwidth at first, I just like to have lots of wiggle room. Hell for all I care I could get 250 MB of Storage. I know I won't use very much storage. I do know bandwidth will be a problem if my site becomes popular. For now I could lower it to 100 GB.

Problem = I won't pay yearly. I don't have very much faith in offshore hosting providers as most take your money and run. So if I pay monthly I have a chance to louse less. Could we do that plan for $2.99 a month?

Sorry for monthly you wouldn't get much discount. I can assure you i'm not the run-away type host.

    For monthly plans we have:
    -10GB Space
    -100GB Bandwidth
    - cPanel

    $5/month.

If you're looking into getting as much amount of transfer as possible (within a limited bandwidth), I recommend you to check Santrex.net's VPS (Netherlands would fit your needs) where storage is min. 10 GB and they're giving unlimited transfer for free, for a bit less than $10 per month (within your price guidelines).

However these are not managed plans so assuming you have no experience with server administration it wouldn't be good for you as they charge for every management task you ask their support to do.

I have no affiliation with them.
Also, please don't quote me on anything and better check it by yourself.

But, I saw many negative reviews about Santrex. I myself didn't use them.

Thanks, that looks pretty promising. I bought one, but IDK if I'm going to stay. The RAM usage on the server is at 64% and you know it will go up over time.

You people can't even do math correctly.

Your most basic plan is $7.25 a month, but if I pay by the year, I have to pay $75.00!!! That's just stupid. Like anyone would pay more money just to ensure that they are paid for a year.

No offence but seems it's you who's math is a bit borked ....

    7.25 for 12 months ( 1 year ) = $87

That's $12 higher than the yearly payment .. so essentially, they're giving you a $1/month discount if you prepay for a year ..
