Selling Looking for offers on 2 great sites

I work full time and have been selling off my little sites here on dp.

Now I am taking offers on two of my best sites that i had intended to keep.

My time is so restricted now and only going to get busier towards the holiday season at my job that i am considering selling one or both for the right offer.

site # 1 is www.website-marketplace.com

I havent tried to monetarize the site so havent made much from it -- only about $200 since i launched in January of this year.
I have sold over $1200 of website to members there.
I have done lots of seo, and customizations. Let me know if interested and what you think would be a fair price for the site.

site # 2 is www.wahtasks.com
This site is newer but already has almost 600 members. I have sold a few jobs and the rest are jobs i posted for workers to have.
Again revenue is min since i dont have any time to work on it -- its pretty much on auto pilot right now.
Looking for any reasonable offers.
