I can currently sign up with CPA Empire, and everything else besides Azoogle and CJ (Azoogle hasnt gotten back to be so far - just signed up). I make 500-600 or so a month with CJ (in a different way to pure affiliate marketing). I posted a very similar post and the only one who responded was xboxundone. I signed up for both maxbounty and azoogle through his affiliate link. I am only making about $200 a month right now but jeez, free money.
