I am looking for a MySQL expert. Here is my issue: I currently have a custom CMS and I want to move to WordPress. The CMS DB contains articles (around 2,500), screenshots, and videos (it is a video game site). I want to know if it is possible to covert all the articles to WordPress. I want to know if it is possible to convert all the screenshots and videos into a WordPress media gallery (I am still looking for something for this). If the articles conversion is possible, then I would want .htaccess entries to redirect all the old article URLs to the new WordPress SEO friendly URLs.
