Looking for my wpadv newspaper customisation

I am looking for someone to help customize a wordpress theme I just bought, it's on http://congoyasika.com/1/

Mainly

- It's Videos website (+News)
- A proper video gallery (check Media in their demo site below)
- Font texts
- Simple Logo (Congo Ya Sika) with motto (Congo Université Populaire)
- Color Scheme for background and logo, ref. http://bukavuonline.com/templates/ja_opal/images/blue/mainwrap-bg.jpg
- A better Menu style, logo to blend with the menus and the background colour (site and header) of the right side to leave space for advert


I bought the theme here http://www.gabfirethemes.com/demos/advanced/ , they can do this work for me for $199 (they also have a $99 price), if you think you can come with a better offer then reply to my post with a porfolio then we can take it from there.
