Looking for more links

Hi guys ..

I am working in link development area in our department. My friend recommended me this forum as a very useful resource.
What I am looking for is website link both one way and backlink of various PR. I dont know the website yet, are there any website owner members here who are willing to exchange or give oneway link for a website of PR3-5.
I apologize for not posting the website which I dont know yet but will do shortly buts I know its PR is 3-5.
